Can you say "tired"?

Hey friends,

Today, I am super tired and trying my best to keep up with the demands of my business and my personal life. Stayed up way too late last night waiting for my 20 year old son to come home from a date. This morning's early phone meetings over coffee did not help either. I find myself needing a nap, which I may just take here shortly.

Last night, I went to a support group on emotional eating, which was highly enlightening. I learned more about my triggers and what to do about my poor eating habits. I met a couple of other women who are also struggling to lose weight, and was invited to take walks with them. That gives me a lot of encouragement and hope that I can beat this weight problem for good.

Managed to squeeze in 2 workout sessions this week, with one more planned for tomorrow afternoon. I also got the idea to talk to my husband more about our weekend eating/exercise habits so we can start visiting nearby parks to walk instead of sitting around at all you can eat buffets and watching television. Gotta make a total lifestyle change if I want to be healthy for the long term.
