PMP Day 7

Yoovie just posted this week's challenge. I have to do 2 hours of ST before Friday. Then I have to do an additional hour over the weekend. Phew! That is a LOT.
I did a pretty strenuous full body ST workout yesterday at the gym so I can't do any ST today because I need to rest. I am pretty sore.
How am I going to do 2 hours before Friday?
Tomorrow I am going to do an hour of ST, but not full body. Probably I will do an hour of upper body at the gym.
Wednesday I am going to do an hour of ST, core and lower body.
Thursday I am leaving after work for a long weekend. I'm going camping up in NH so I won't have any equipment with me over the weekend. I guess I'll be doing my ST in the woods! I have a mat thingy I can bring with me so I can do body weight exercises on the ground.
Spark friends, please hold me accountable for this! I signed up for this challenge and I mean to keep up with it.
My other goal for my camping weekend is to write down everything I eat, even if I can't log onto the food tracker here.
