How losing weight can impact the environment

Wednesday, September 14, 2011

Saw an ad for Audi that indicated if a person lost 83 pounds, you would save 350 gallons of gas for every 150,000 miles you drove. Now if 2 people that rode in a car each lost 83 pounds you save even more in gas usage. Just something to think about. Not only are you creating a healthier you, but you would impact the environment also.

Wow! Ok, I have never thought about weight loss that way before, but it is pretty interesting though. A new one to add to the list. If I lose weight I save on gas. With gas at almost $4.00 a gallon here. That's money in the bank!
