one step forward two steps back

On friday in a hurry to get to work, I slipped and fell again on my left glute, back and hamstring, luckily only brusing and stiffnes, my hamstring is still sound! It did scare the cr****p out of me though. So now I'm going very slowly and back to sitting on only one buttock as the other is too bruised to sit on. My husband (broken shoulderblade) and I are walking wounded. At least I dragged myself to Rpm tonight, I am so sick of being injured and inactive.

So time to dust myself off and pick up and start again at the beggiining. The battle to have the energy to fit in work, rehab and life all at the same time. Life isnt a rehersal

I'm sorry you've had this setback! It's frustrating to be all geared up for a challenge and then have to take it easy. But your long-term well-being is much more important. Hope you're feeling fit and ready sooner than later.
