PMP Day 14

Last week I did 3.25 hours of ST. But only 2.25 count towards the challenge because the hour I did on Sunday happened before the 3 hour challenge was posted.
In my last blog I said I would do an hour of ST while camping. That didn't happen. I did 15 minutes of ST on Saturday after a long, challenging hike. I could make a bunch of excuses as to why it wasn't the full hour but I won't. I didn't do the full hour due to my own poor planning.
I did the muscle fatigue test but only managed 7 pushups with ok form in 60 seconds. That's actually worse than my starting line test. But I did this after that long hike and I was exhausted.
But I did achieve my other goal for camping - I tracked all my food this weekend on paper. Although I don't have the calorie or macro nutrient totals, having to write everything down did keep me more or less in check.
