PMP Update #5 - Things Get Vinegar-y

Picture this: I'm sitting on my living room floor, rubbing my muscles really hard with a can of sauerkraut and a rolling pin. This is my life now.
For week 4 of PMP, we are supposed to do myofascial release massage. I own neither a foam roller nor a tennis ball to use for this. So I grabbed my rolling pin as suggested by Yoovie and got creative with the sauerkraut.
I'm not sure I was doing it right because I didn't feel lots of pain. It was actually not that bad. Sometimes it felt good so I'm clearly doing it wrong! I'm going to look around my mom's house or maybe even the office for some better tools for this challenge. And obviously I need to do more research on myofascial release. Maybe I can find some instructional videos on youtube?
