Day 1

Today was to be my Day 1 of the push to lose THE final 5 pounds by December 31, 2011.
Breakfast was good - oatmeal with a Tbsp of raisin and 1/4 cup of skim milk. But then I indulged after church with a "brunch" of 2 scrambled eggs and 2 big biscuits as well as preserves and a pat or two of butter. (Well, actually I gave half of one of the biscuits to my DH).
So now, I must be eat light, very light at supper or my first day will be a day of gain not loss.
Funny, when you are in great spirits and hungry and your companions suggest something that sounds like fun, off we go....
