PMP Update #6

Monday, October 10, 2011

The plan:
Monday - full body
Tuesday - cardio
Wednesday - lower body
Thursday - upper body
Friday - core
Saturday - stretch/rest day

Wednesday may be tough because I'm scheduled for a physical and I have to fast for the blood test. I intend to go to the gym first thing in the morning and do my lower body ST before the physical. I think I'll be ok, right?

    Maybe you could make Wednesday your rest day. Since Sunday also counts as part of the challenge, you could throw your lower body workout in on Sunday if that works.

    Depending on how long you have to fast for for your test, I wouldn't recommend working out before you break your fast. Or perhaps you could break up your lower body strength training and do some light leg work before your physical and then work in some heavy duty leg work sometime later in the day.

    The only reason I'm suggesting is because some people become light-headed if they exert themselves too much when they haven't eaten in awhile.
