October 2011 5lbs will be gone!

So there is 3 weeks till the end of the month. I know I have been slacking off big time and using the excuse that its too hot to workout. Or that life gets in the way. Well, No more excuses I need to get with the program! I have decided to make small goals and actually put it out there for people to see. Maybe you guys will keep an eye on me and give me a kick in the butt when I go MIA lol.
My small goal for this month is to lose 5lbs. Instead of trying to concentrate on losing a big number I am going to work on the small number. I think its doable. I am also going to try and blog more often even though I think I am no good at it. People here on spark say that it helps for them to blog. So I am going to give it a shot.
I am going to go back to the basics. It worked before and I have no idea why I stopped. I will log my food daily no matter how much I don't want to haha. I will take out my measuring tools and think twice about what I am going to put in my body. I will start slow and work up to getting a routine of exercise going. Hopefully later today I can take a before picture and add it to my page.
Starting weight 252.6 I know I can do this!
