skipped out

I skipped Water Aerobics tonight. I decided to spend the evening with my daughter and Granddaughter. Trying not to feel guilty but the guilt will pass as the sun rises tomorrow :) I enjoy water aerobics, to relieve stress! As of this morning I was still below 200, so yeah im a happy girl.

    Thank you Shawneda! Yeah, Im trying to get in my mind that the body does need rest and it will talk to you, through a few aches that last for weeks. I have to admit the aches in my shoulder neck and head are gone now. So next week its on again, but I think I will go slower with the water weights and jumping.
    Maybe fit in more walking at work on lunch instead of working out harder at the gym.
