PMP Endplate

(My power is still out at home so I haven't taken my final measurements or weight yet. I will update this blog when I can.)

Last night I did my final PMP ST workout.

Starting Line
Pushups - 9
Squats - 19
Situps - 19

Finish Line -
Pushups - 12
Squats - 21 (but I think I can do much deeper squats now)
Plank?? 70 seconds
Situps - TBD

I feel so much stronger! This challenge was so great for me. I really enjoyed shifting my focus from cardio to strength training. I am so much stronger now than I was 8 weeks ago! I can lift heavier weights and hold poses like planks for longer. I also challenged myself to try new things. Specifically, I finally drummed up the courage to use the captain's chair at the gym. That thing is tough!

Now onto my next challenge!

    Sound like it was a good challenge! I am really glad you liked this challenge and found things about strength training you enjoy. Sometime soon we should do a good captains chair workout together! I used to do a lot of them in wrestling where we had to leverag...nevermind.
