11/1/11 - My recommitment

Tuesday, November 01, 2011

I haven't blogged here in quite a while but decided this is the perfect date for a recommitment. I loved the way I felt and looked when I was wholeheartedly working on my healthy lifestyle and NEED to get back to that! I'm taking baby steps to get back and walked to the bank instead of driving today and stayed within my calorie range with tracking EVERYTHING I ate but had too much fat and cholesterol (those Snickers did it!) I am blogging here instead of watching TV while eating ice cream like I have been doing too much lately so overall today was a success. With the help of all my super spark friends and teams and challenges each day will be a bigger and bigger success so I will be stronger by the holidays!

That is the beauty of it all. Having a chance to get things right. You had a good day, so you are ready to get this thing going the rest of the week. One day at a time. Here's to having a better day today. Take care.
