lets get serious

I am waking up now at 6:15.....45 minutes before usual, so that I can get a half hour morning workout in! Plus, I want to run a half hour at night, so its an hour total but split up. This way its not all at once and feels like such a commitment.
I'm still struggling as always with food :( I hate my relationship with it....I am just trying each day to make smarter choices.
I notice I feel worse when I dont workout, so that is my first priority now. I really need to find a way to make it work so I hope this does the trick!
I'm weighing myself tomorrow's and PETRIFIED to do so :(
