For many of us patience does not come easily. When we set our sights on something, we want it right away.
many of the best things in life, however, demand - and deserve - patience. To reach a worthy goal or cherished dream, we need time to develop our talent or master a skill. Patience with ourselves and with others brings fulfillment in a way not hasty solution can.
Our special life, too, requires patience. The Holy Spirit works as we study and meditate on God's Word, allowing his biblical truths to permeate our heart as we grow in wisdom and understanding.
I wait for the Lord, my soul doth wait, and in His word do I hope.
From my Cat: " Why are you pouring coffee for yourself when it's a plate of chopped chicken and gravy I want." "I am here at the door, so why don't you get up from your chair and open it for me? Why, oh, why?" As anyone knows, a cat does not like to wait.
I know God created cats for us to be stewards of them for Him. In turn they help to destress us by spending time with us. Purring is wonderful sound soothing our little problems.
Blessings to everyone who is owed by a cat or loves a cat.
