New Year, New Healthier Me

Happy New Year! I can't believe it's 2012. I'm ready to lead a healthier lifestyle. And through leading this healthy lifestyle I hope to lose a few pounds and inches as well. Twenty to thirty pounds would be awesome! This in turn will help with a couple of health issues which need to be addressed and rechecked in 6 months. But my main goal is to eat the right foods, exercise, and take care of myself. Only I can do it!
