Today I made sure to include plenty of activity in my day. I could have made better choices on a couple of snacks but I'm taking baby steps.

    Baby steps are the way to go. I read too many stories about people who think they can treat their health like a race and get to the finish line as quickly as possible. This is a life-long journey and while we all have one big goal to reach, it is the short term targets that get us there. It is not one big jump.
