NOT making excuses!

I have stayed within my calorie range and exercised EVERY day of this new year! YIPPEEEE!!! I know, I know, it's only been a few days and I have yet to figure out the time to track my calories here on Sparkpeople, do my homework, and track points for Weight Watchers...eh, I'm tackling one hurdle at a time here and you know what, that wasn't at the top of my list.
Tonight we made burgers and I only had one despite the fact that they were SOOO good...I ended up having a 200 calorie lean cuisine of spinach and artichoke dip with it and some weight watcher snacks plus an orange to keep from having another burger...plus I aimlessly munched on lettuce. Yep, you read that right, lettuce. No dressing, nothing, just lettuce.
As I was working out last night I was feeling a lot of soreness in my left leg, but I kept going...I didn't give up. I could have used that as an excuse to take a break, but I am not going to make excuses to other people, let alone myself.
Tomorrow I am going to have oatmeal for breakfast with some oranges and water, a lean cuisine for lunch with a glass of milk, and a big salad with chicken for dinner. NO dressing! I love having a plan, not feeling like I don't know what to eat, not being stressed out over that is a huge relief and I can feel the changes in my body. The cold I have been fighting is just about gone, I feel rested, my clothes feel loose, and I feel accomplished! Now just to tweeze my eyebrows...never a dull moment..lol
