Sleep is Important

Just saw a story on the news about how sleep is important to help you reach your weight loss goals. With that said, I'm off to bed. Goodnight. And although it was my first day back to work and I had to sit at my desk most of the day, I managed to get my exercise in--Yay!!

    I saw a story about that too. It's very important to hormones and metabolism plus being tired drives hunger. I'm working on sleeping 8 hours :)
