What up Spark World. So looking back on things, I decided that doing a weekly check in was too ambitious for me... Slacker right? Lol. But I tend to put things off... Then just don't do them, so I figured that a check in once a month will be doable. Lol. I've noted my weight and I will post my loss as the months go by. Totally doable, right? ;-)
Getting more activity into my life is my main goal right now. I've got a local gym membership so I plan on utilizing it more than I have in the last few months. (And for more than just hot tub time with my ladies... Taren, we can still do that... I just need to make sure I get in some cardio first. Hehe.)
I have readjusted my goals to reflect what I am working towards and well... Just hoping I have the willpower to make changes for myself, for my life.
