Putting the work in

Well with my Vegas trip getting bumped up several months I decided I really have to kick it into gear. Time to stop thinking about it and just do it.
My Plan-
Eating-
I've decided to do a more "clean" approach to eating. It's always made the most sense to me and just seems healthier than eating a bunch of prepackaged process food that leaves you hungry in 20 min anyway. Yesterday went pretty well. I'm also working on my diet Coke addiction. I'm trying to avoid all the artifical sweetners so my Coke has gotta go. I've been drinking a little black coffee to get my caffeine fix and of course more water.
For exercise I've joined the spark challenge and did my first video last night. It was the 8 minute cardio with Coach Nicole. It's pretty sad to be winded after only 8 minutes but everyone has to start somewhere. My plan is to follow that challenge and not veer off. I tend to start something and then adjust it... and adjust it until I'm adjusted back on the couch watching Grey's. So I'm going to do the video and then 30 min of cardio. I'm thinking I will play my dance dance revolution (which isn't nearly as challenging as the Kinect dance game) but it will get me moving and having fun... not thinking OMG I'm doing exercise. So that's my Fit for Vegas plan!

    I started the challenge on Jan. 1st and its helped me get back on track! I was struggling the last week in December.
    So glad to see your plan and you have some great motivation, too!
