Survived the holidays!

I am grateful to have made it through the holidays with just an extra pound or two hanging on. Now that life is back to normal, I think those extra pounds will come off quickly. Although I stayed abstinent (refraining from eating sugar, fried foods, and white flour), my eating still felt very sloppy, and I wasn't trying to follow my nutritionist's food plan. It didn't feel so good. Feels nice to be having veggies again!
I am committing to joining my employer's fitness center sometime this week, so that I can start exercising at work. I will post here when I've done it.
My husband and I also talke about our goals for this year, and one of mine is to get through all the 12 steps of OA, if it kills me. Which, of course, it won't.
I am trying to get into the rhythm of calling my sponsor each day. I'm also trying to have lunch with another OA friend once a week if possible.
