One more positive from losing weight
- losing a bit of the jiggle
That's something I will look forward to!
Anyway, since I started the challenge late I doubled up on my videos and will do the same tonight. I did 45 min of cardio instead of the 30 min. I'm going to try to get a full hour in tonight.... but we shall see!
It felt pretty good to be doing the work. I have to say at this point... feels darn good. My food intake went a bit off kilter last night... it was a bit of stress eating. I have to remember that working out helps that more than eating and do the workout first. Ahhhhh well. A work in progress!
