Friday = Freeday

I was thinking last night about how I love nothing more on a Friday night than sitting on the sofa with a glass of wine, some crisps and a chocolate bar and watching the tv.

If I stick to my calorie intake for the day then I either won't be able to eat much all day, or I won't be able to treat myself in the night.

I've decided that Friday is going to be a freeday where I can eat what I like. I'm not going to go crazy because that will undo the weeks work, but I'm also not going to feel guilty about eating more than I should. If I'm good all week, then I deserve to treat myself a bit.

    A lot of people have a "treat" time set up! It's really a good idea - you get to enjoy what you love the most while still making great progress on eating healthy and incorporating fitness routines the rest of the time!

    I've set up a treat day once every two weeks - it's been helping me really appreciate what I choose as my treat because I've had plenty of time to think about how much I like it!
