On Thursday I put my back out, badly. I'm on muscle relaxers and demerol. I have not had any goals recently other than to recover. I need to be good enough by next Monday to start Dump the Plump. I really want to lose my excess baggage. I know when I'm accountable to a team I'm more inspired.
Anyway today's goal is to drink 6 glasses of water and log all foods. I will also eat within my calorie range.
