Good start to the week!

The last 2 days have been going great! I think my mind and body is getting used to not bingeing and things are starting to become easier. But week's are usually pretty easy for me, and I think it's because I'm so busy. Weekends are less structured and I'm home for most of it, that it's a lot easier to eat food all day. I just need to learn how to relax without over eating.

It's Day 3 today, going to do what I've been doing the last 2 days. Be busy!

    I just read that you're working on your thesis on the compulsive eater's team. Congratulations on making it to that point!

    My dissertation year was one of the most stressful of my life - brownie binges! constant crying! - but now it's just a memory. I got a job that I loved and am finally able to balance work & life.

    This is a really tough time - but it's worth it! Be super kind & forgiving to yourself.

    Good plan Bridget! I'm trying to stay busy also. I notice my mind tends to wander toward food when I'm not. Good luck on Day 3!
