As part of a challenge with one of my teams, I need to Blog about your transformation in health/fitness/wellness.
I gained about 2 pounds over Thanksgiving which was amazing as I was at my parents and it was sooo stressful... I gained about 10 more over Christmas, because I was attacked by trays of cookies at work and cookies are my weakness not to mention cajun pasta with shrimp, that I discovered, anyway. I gained more than I wanted too, I was feeling fat my pants were getting tight, I was and am still not quite motivated to exercise but am getting more so. I am as of today down 9 pounds with 3 more to go to get where I was at the end of BLC 17. I am within 13 pounds of where I stopped 2 years ago when I was sparking to a point that my husband said that I was addicted, ok maybe I had entered s.e.x. as a cardio option, and counted it toward my cardio minutes. I am feeling good, I still need a healthy balance of exercise, I feel that I need more, I can't afford the gym or classes working 3-6 12 hour shifts a week don't give me a lot of extra time at home with my family let alone to exercise. But to make a long story short, I am achieving my goals, I feel good, I have energy and I am trying to make my diet and exercise fit in with my family so possibly this time it will stick, life style change, we all hear that said over and over, maybe this time I listened
