overkill and new plan

OK...I have been doing SP for two years now and love it...ut I seemed to lose my motivation and needed a change up. so I started leading FIrstplace4health Bible study. I know that I need to rely on God for this all areas of my life and weight loss/maintenance is no exception. And since I have gained the last two weeks and realize I am rather out of control with my eating, again, I decided to make another change up and went back to a Weightwatchers meeting today. I know that this is tooooo much focus on weightloss and not balance, but that I also need a change up.soo...
The new plan.
I am going to get on SP only once per day, to log in, check on my buddies and read one article. Maybe log my fitness.
I am going to start tracking by hand so I can share with my Bible study group.
I am going to count freggies and points rather than calories.
Continue to try and change from diet soda to water. This is a constant challenge for me.
So....buddies, I still believe in SP with my whole heart and am going to be getting on here to support you, but I need to spend less time on my butt on the computer and more time moving..and I just need a change.
Still need the support though.
