My February has gotten off to a pretty lousy start. I've been hitting the gym 3 mornings each week and running on the weekends since Thanksgiving. This month, I hit a wall. I've been exhausted and just unable to drag myself out of bed in the morning. Ugh.
(I'm guessing I was fighting a cold that DD and DH both had lingering for a while... thankfully, I never got sick. Either way, between that and work stress, I've been a hot mess.)
This week, however, I'm ready to get back on track. My gym bag is already packed for tomorrow morning, and I plan on getting an early start. I'm psyched to get back into my routine!
I've also got lunches made (veggie pizza on whole wheat crust) and will take care of breakfasts in a bit (egg white sandwiches with a slice of vegetarian sausage... pure awesomeness!).
I'm feeling good about it, since I've got everything planned and ready to go already. It's SO much easier to make good choices when I'm surrounded by healthy options!
