First I want to THANK YOU all for your wonderful suggestions. I did buy cottage cheese today and it really helped with upping my protein. I am concered about my calories as I am only at 927 and it is almost 10pm. The thing is I am not hungry..eat or not eat??? I am going to eat a bit more, but not sure what. Please tell me what you do if you are low on calories at the end of the day...so you make the calorie goal or stay where you end????
I think this whole process is going to take me some time as I figure out what more I should be eating at each meal. My breakfast consists of 2 pieces of bread toasted, 4 egg whites, slice of tomato. I am actually full by the time I am done and am using fruits for snacks but it comes to around 200 cal.
I just wanted to add that I REALLY appreciate all your comments as they are really helpful.
