Tracking Day 4

Okay.....so I did much better with adding more calories today. Breakfast 282, lunch 251 and dinner 371, snacks so far 130. I still have atleast 200 more to hit 1200. I am figuring that after my workout those calories will be taken care of.
I have to say that now that I have literally cut out junk I feel so much better and even feel lighter..if that is possible. Today I bought some graham crackers with cinamon on top and went to eat one and put it right down but I did eat 2 mini mini m&m's..we are talking the ity bity..and only 2. I was going to eat the whole bag but the nutruition was not on it so I gave them to my son!!!
I am anxious to weigh in Saturday to see how eating better and not going over 1400 will reflect on the scale.
