Day 4 Total Body and Ab Ripper

I praise God that I did not get sick. Gordie had the flu yesterday, and I was afraid that I would get it and not get to do our workout today. He is better and was able to do it too. Thank God when he got sick it was on our "rest" day anyway. I did okay with the workout-- modifying a lot. No problem. My goal is to be able to to push ups and the push up side arm balance without my knees on the floor. That is my goal over the next few weeks. Also, I was using 3 lb weights for quite a few exercises and am excited we bought some 5 lb. weights that I can use for next week. 3 lb. is too easy. I am in my tracking goals here on sparkpeople and keeping track of what I eat. I have lost a a couple of pounds since day 1 starting this already. That is exciting and keeping me motivated too!
Thrilled with the program and the progress already. Keep bringing it!

    If you have some of those bands then you can use them with the weights and it will work your muscles better too
