Day 5 X2 Yoga

Today we went to the Y for the kids' Fit Kids class. I did 30 minutes on the elliptical, then just walked the track the other 30 minutes. Came home and did Yoga. I am definitely not flexible and couldn't really "do" half of the exercises. I did make it through the whole dvd and modified some and stopped and watched them do it some. Still got a good workout overall and am feeling it. Yoga is not my favorite. I think you either love it or hate it. I am more of the latter. Onto Balance and Power tomorrow.
