After a 2 week diet hiatus and a 3lb gain, I am back

With all the gusto I had when I started! I am avoiding the fattening crap I have been stuffing my face with for the past two weeks and getting back on the portion control bandwagon! I hope I never slip into that dark vortex of caloric overload ever again!

I cannot believe that on Wednesday, it will be one month until my reunion. Where did all this time I had go? I'll tell you where...to my rear, gut and thighs as I ate whatever my heart desired the past two weeks. Damn! It's so frustrating to think where I could have been right now if I had just stuck to the program, KWIM? That is the most disheartening thing. I am sure I could have lost more, but instead I gained. Ugh. I am not sure if I am going to make goal by the 21st of April, but I will do my best to get as close as possible!

It did not help matters much that because of bad cramps, I skipped the gym today. That seemed to give my week a slow start, but I am not going to let it bring me down. I am going to dust myself off and climb back into that saddle. You will only see me in a thin, 70mm shadow as I ride off into the sunset! LOL!
