Week 2 Day 8 X2 Core

Today went much better than last week. I still modify almost everything, but my numbers improved from last week. I also did all of the warm up exercise with the stability ball and bought a foam roller this week. My V sit went better but will take a while more to get it down. Also Dreya rolls are the worst for me. I can not get up using just my core. That will take even longer. I am getting much better at balancing on one foot for these exercises. I am definitely feeling it every day and glad for the days of rest incorporated. I needed it yesterday. I lost 3 lbs this week and maybe 2 inches since last Friday. Yeah!
