Reflection of Week 1 Letter

The link above is to my first letter I wrote myself to re-read here. I still feel like many of the members new and old still do better than I do and are better examples, BUT, I am working on it.
The plan was to take one habit/week and work on it. I think I started out doing ok with that to an extent. Then I started a new job and going from not working except as needed here and there, to working 40 hours/week doing heavy, hard work on concrete all day, totally wiped me out! I'm STILL not used to it, but hope to soon be functioning outside of work as well. Perhaps, by the time the Spring Challenge starts I will be able to pick the habit of the week and work on it each of the 10 weeks...
Also, I think I did a decent job of facilitating/leading the Limes. I needed help with reports, asked for it and got it! The Limes have become stronger again when it felt like we were fracturing at the beginning of the Winter Challenge. Many of the new members have settled in and been an amazing addition to the team and have been really supportive of ME! That helps sooo much when the team supports its leaders and builds them up as I TRY to do that for them as well! I could not have done it without my co-leaders and team backing me, helping me and supporting me. LIMES ROCK!!!
One last thing... It remains to be seen whether I actually have an overall loss. My weight has gone up and down this season and as of last week, I had a SMALL overall loss, but the scale shall tell all tomorrow. Hopefully, I have an overall loss, if not, I will just have to really work on my healthy habits this Spring and come out with a loss there.
This was a good exercise to see where my mind was 10 weeks ago, I had totally forgotten what was in my letter and to see what went right and what went wrong and it gives me a NEW starting place.
