Day 22....and the verdict is in

So last week I changed up my program and started using etools from WW and counting points versus counting calories as I have in the past. Maybe it's that I'm paying for etools, maybe it's that I'm just taking it more seriously, but I weighed in yesterday and I lost 4.2 lbs! YIPPEE! So as a reward to myself for sticking to program and seeing progress I bought the WW scale which will allow me to be even more accurate with portion sizes. I am pretty excited because other than my walking I didn't actually do any strenuous cardio last week either, so when I add that back in the scale should really move! It is exciting to see progress for the effort one puts forth.
So, I guess the verdict is in, ww points counting is helping. Maybe it's knowing I can eat fruit for no points or veggies for no points that is making the difference? Whatever it is I'm liking it!
