So, looking back on my Biggest Loser Winter challenge...I'm disappointed. I actually ended up about a pound heavier then 10 weeks ago.
My cardio has decreased, my strength training has as well.
searching for the positive......ok, well I have been doing much better with my skin care following the basal cell surgery. That's something I have tried to establish for years (a good skin care routine) and finally am making strides! I did a TON of emotional work eith my counselor and have had a number of critical emotional break- throughs. I do not eat lying down anymore. that's HUGE. Now if I can stop eating in the car and eat only at a table that will be even MORE huge!! I have increased everyday activity a ton. I used to be much more sedentary. Still digging out and catching up financially, but I haven't thrown in the towel. Yoga class time has recently picked up because of my agreement with my counselor to attend 3 classes or more a week. My home practice is still not there. So, I see lots of areas for improvement. And I can see areas that I can gain some momentum with. I am looking forward to this next challenge and being more active and invested in it! Go team Blue!!!
