Day 15 and 16

We did X2 Core yesterday and I felt like the workout went really well. I am getting better at balancing and improved on a few of the moves. Today I woke up with a sore throat. I still did Plyocide with my hubby, but I took it easy and sat out a couple of the moves. My energy level was just really low. Hope I get better and not worse.

    I did rest today (Sunday). I took a 2 1/2 hour nap. Still have a sore throat and it's going into a cold. Thanks for the advice Taren. I just took a multivitamin. I took some Airborne yesterday and some vitamin C today as well. We don't have shakeology. Our P90X2 came with some chocolate. I put some in a blender with banana and peanut butter and still hated it. I have never liked chocolate shake, ice cream or anything like that. Just milk chocolate candy bars. And we know those are bad. Haven't had them in over a month now. emoticon

    I had the same problem entering week 3. Listen to your body. The last thing you want to do is lose momentum. Remember X2 is very flexible with its recovery weeks. Take a recovery week if necessary to get feeling better. If you guys have it, drink 2 shakeology shake a day for the next couple of days and it should knock whatever you have out of the water. But if you guys don't have it, get plenty of sleep, drink a lot of water, and try to get in some good nutrition. A multivitamin might also help. Good luck, and hope you start feeling better soon!

    Good idea to listen to your body when it speaks up like that. I'm all for exercise but sometimes our body just needs to rest. Hope you feel better real soon.
