Day 20 Total Body

So, I missed 3 days of working out this week due to a sore throat and a cold. My last workout was on Saturday and even then I took it easy some. I was so glad to do Total Body today. Sunday was my rest day anyway, so I basically am skipping Yoga for this week and already used my other rest day. I am feeling mostly better and did great on the workout. I have lost 9 lbs. since January. So glad!
