Week 4 Day 22 X2 Core

So, today I was incredibly tired by the time I pushed play, but did it anyway. I did okay at the beginning and even did the Roller Boat (with the V) 5 times the right way. The other 5 I did with my hands under my legs on the V part. Improving! I was so wiped out by the end I couldn't wait for it to be over.
Since January I have lost 9 lbs. and 8 inches. Yeah!
