Day 24 X2 Plyocide

Usually Sunday is a day of rest and I do Plyocide on Saturdays. This weekend it was the opposite. Saturday, I cleaned at the church all morning, then spent all afternoon making food for the week. With a busy schedule it is nice to have some meals in the fridge already. I'll do a crockpot meal for Tuesday. So, I did take a nap this afternoon as I am at the end of this cold but still fighting it off a bit, and did Plyocide tonight after my Bible Study--at 9:00 pm. It went pretty well and is my favorite of all the workouts. I think because besides the not jumping I can do most of it pretty well. I modify and don't jump but can complete the workout except the last exercise. I don't how long it will take for me to do a "plyo" as I am barely able to do the push-ups still. I am getting there. That is what I love--the improvement each day and week. Still bringing it!

I did have a rough weekend calorie-wise this weekend. Both days was near or over 2000 and I usually go for 1500-1600. I think it is okay though. It is that time of the month so maybe my body needs more calories. Still I need more protein and less carbs and fats.
