Day 37....never thought I'd have a hard time with food like this....

I have been doing ww program points plus 2012 since the start of the year, to be honest I didn't get really serious about it till about 3 weeks ago and then I purchased etools and decided if I was going to do this I was going to really do this. In the three weeks since I have decided to get serious about this I have lost 6.6 lbs. It's not like OMGosh I lost 20 lbs, but hey, I lost weight three weeks in a row! That excites me and gets me motivated and builds up my self-esteem. I can taste onederland I am so stinking close to it (still 17 lbs away, but closer each and every day!)
So the past few days I have been tracking both ww and spark to see how the two measure up. Yesterday I did great on both, today I ran into a problem I never imagined I would have. I couldn't eat enough. I had eaten breakfast, lunch, and dinner and still had 11 daily points left over, that doesn't count my weekly "extra" points or even my activity points earned for the day. I checked with Sparkpeople and I was under my calories for the day too. So I had to go eat something else. I wasn't even hungry though. I feel a little overwhelmed that I am having this problem on day 2 of week 4....I have a long way to go and I know I need to eat enough while not eating too much.
Hopefully I can get a handle on evening it all out.

Off to watch Survivor off the dvr and get in some cardio...Have a good night e1!

    Congratulations on your success. Try small snacks throughout the day to increase the caloric intake.

    This has happened to me too, I tried small snacks to bump up the cal. intake emoticon

    I have had the same issue - I've been under my calories two of four days but don't want anything else. I also can't seem to find a balance with fat. I've been under - I'm not eating low fat on purpose - it's just the foods I like.
