My butt and legs hurt!

I did squats today and then 4 sets of lunges, two sets with a 40 lb weight. Then we did the chair exercise, which is hysterical to watch. You sit in an office chair (on carpet) and you dig your heels in and pull yourself along. It looks absolutely ridiculous, but it really works your hamstrings. Everybody in the gym laughs at us or stops to watch in amazement! lol! But it really WORKS!

After my leg workout (which was after 55 minutes of cardio), I did a lot of ab work. One would think that I must look pretty darn fit after working out like this every weekday since January, but I must be blind because I don't think I look all that fit! I told my friend today that I have such endurance and stamina for working out, but I just dont have the body to prove it. But I know I will. I have of course seen changes....I just want to wake up and weigh 135 and have all my parts back where they used to be before kids! But I think some of those parts won't go back unless I have surgery! lol!
