Make the most of March

The last couple of weeks My weight has been bouncing between 187 and 189. Up one day down the next. Now understand that I am not complaining because I am happy with my progress. I know when my weight changes like this it is truly water weight. But it has cause me to look at what I am eating. I am forgetting to eat my BIG salad at lunch. I have throughly been enjoying pita pockets with hummus and cucumbers but do much better with a BIG salad. So next week--no more pitas. I know that I don't loose weight very well when I add bread in. I only eat whole wheat but need to wait until I am on maintance. Exception--I will add it in about once a week.
Another change--I relocated the natural peanut butter and almond butter to the refrigerator in the garage. When its in the house I find it to tempting. I will stay out of it in the garage.
Lastly but not by any means least.--I have not been doing very good with my tracking.
So next week means I will be tracking both food and exercise. If I am not walking (I have a knee that is bothering me) you can bet I will be doing pilates and tracking my weights. I have been doing it just not tracking.
I am going to make the most of the rest of March because summer is just around the corner
