Lime ~Bring Your Spring On~ Goals

I am a bit pressed for time right now as I have to be at work at 5am tomorrow morning, I am hungry and have not had supper yet and need to get to bed SOON! :) However, I wanted to get my goals posted so I meet all the facets of the Pre-LTC!!

Ok here goes:

1. Get back to drinking AT LEAST 8 cups/water/day or more, even if I have to work up to it.

2. Now that I am getting plenty more exercise at work, but my body is surely getting used to it, (even if I STAY sore from it), I guess I need to try to get workouts in outside of work. I will start with the days I am off work.

3. Work on getting in my 5 freggies/day

4. Blog once/week at least, updating how I did on my goal for the week and choosing a goal for the next week.

5. Try to blog/do challenges on days off work when possible.

That's it for now, I am going to try to focus on the basics. So, for the first week of this challenge, my focus will be on getting back into the habit of drinking all my water. I will try to do some of the other stuff too, but I desperately need to get back into some healthy HABITS/lifestyle and this is the plan.

Sooo, water it is this week, drink up everyone!!
