White Tiger Spring Goal

I have been really slacking off for several months and my weight and health have paid the price and I am really motivated to see this challenge through with flying colors! I desperately want to get back to a consistent healthy lifestyle and have a good amount of weight loss during this challenge! I am aiming for a 25 pound weight loss and building up of my momentum to continue into the Summer Challenge with another 25 pounds! I also need to build up my exercising stamina again to be able to workout for hours without being totally exhausted after 15 minutes. I would like to get back to Zumba classes some time during this overhaul but I need more energy than I have right now to do that. I LOVED ZUMBA when I used to do it regularly and am making that one of my rewards for staying on track!
I'm not a big blogger but I will try to update this occasionally.

    Awesome goals and great blog. I am not a blogger either. I tried to do Zumba but I do not think I am coordinated enough... lol emoticon

    I have slacked off myself and have big goals to reach during this challenge! We can do this! I wish there was a Zumba class close to where I live, but alas there is not. However, I do have the Zumba DVDs! I can't really do them right's really hard on my knees, but I am going to work towards that goal! Good luck!

    It sure seems that it doesn't take long to lose the stamina when we quit exercising. It sounds like you have some big goals for yourself! Wishing you the best of luck!
