Day 60 P90X2

I had expected greater weight loss and am disappointed it hasn't happened. Some of it is my fault for slipping and eating more than I should here and there and the junk food. I have lost probably 8 inches and my clothes fit better so that is a plus. Just wondered if I would have done better with P90 or P90X first. Anyway, I did Shoulders and Arms today. It is always a good workout. Then I did a 10 minute cardio. I think I could use more cardio with this program, especially during phase 2. My goal is to lose weight not bulk up. I can tell that my legs and arms and shoulders do have more muscle than when I started. Well, I will finish out this program and try to add some more cardio when I can. Then we will see what comes next.
Gordie and I did this program together, but his schedule get crazy in the summer with VBS and Camp and so many day trips and week trips. Not sure what to plan on for the summer months. I just know that I do need to plan something when we are done with this program.

    I can tell you that most women start to really see weight loss towards the end of phase 2 and beginning of phase 3 of P90X. It will probably be the same for X2, but i don't know. I think if you concentrate more on eating clean you'll do really well in the last phase. I hope you aren't getting too discouraged. Inches lost are always good. emoticon
