Slipping

emoticon Feel myself slipping no fun. Need to get back on track. Sugar is getting the best of me. Started with a drop of stevea in my coffee, time to back off.
emoticon Way past time to get some exercise in. I have come so far can't drop out now. I know this program is working and am loving it, feel so much better since I started eating less.


Can't wait for the warmer spring days, to go outside and do some yard work. In need to get some spring cleaning done. School is coming to an end 4 weeks, feel kinda tied up with that trying to wrap things up.


So many things I'd like to be doing in one day, keeps my head spinning. Got 4 boys doing little league baseball, going 5 days a week. Makes it a busy spring but always fun to watch. emoticon

    Don't slip! Try your hardest not to do so...because once you're down, it's very hard to get back up. I know from experience--lost 30 lbs with SP, started doing little things like using regular sugar, and I gained it all back plus some. You don't want to get caught in the SP back and forth web...pull through!! emoticon
