B/L: plain ff greek yogurt, flax meal bread, apple
S: HB eggs, carrots, strawberries
D: Tilapia, steamed veggies, plain ff greek yogurt
Yesterday I made curried chicken salad and beanless chili for the week. Tonight I will also make the eggplant parm.
Other yummy recipes I tried this weekend from the C1 Recipe thread include the cheesecake strawberries & of course the flax meal bread (which I have to keep in the outside fridge so I don't dip into it too much!)
DF went to Costco to get me more chicken breasts, veggies, ground turkey, yogurt and turkey burgers! YAY!
Exercise: elliptical and 30 day shred. Got lazy last night and did not do the Shred... Going to do it now!!!
I've been staying away from the scale because TOM is coming and I don't want the potentially higher number to deter my motivation. I will WI next week - hope to be back in the 120s by then!
