17DD Cycle 1, Day 5

B: ff plain greek yogurt w/ ff sf chocolate pudding mix, apple, lemon water
L: omelette, strawberries, flax meal bread
D: tilapia & veggies.

Confession: I cheated last night and had a little over 1 oz of almonds. I was PMSing really bad and it at least calmed the other cravings. I didn't have any of brazil nuts which are recommended in the PMS exception section of the book. Maybe I will go out and get some today!

    Thanks! I actually really like a little sf, ff pudding mix in my yogurt.
    Much better than the truvia + cocoa combination. Other sf pudding flavors that are good are pistachio, vanilla + butterscotch. My fave is the jello brand "chocolate fudge" as opposed to the plain "chocolate."

    How's the greek yogurt with the ff/sf pudding mix...because I tried it with the cocoa and truvia and about puked. I am thinking of trying some sf chocolate syrup in it.

    Great job on the food and exercise. You are inspiring me to keep going.
