B: ff plain greek yogurt w/ ff sf chocolate pudding mix, apple, lemon water
L: omelette, strawberries, flax meal bread
D: tilapia & veggies.
Confession: I cheated last night and had a little over 1 oz of almonds. I was PMSing really bad and it at least calmed the other cravings. I didn't have any of brazil nuts which are recommended in the PMS exception section of the book. Maybe I will go out and get some today!
